1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WIDU TV (“WIDU TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a global digital streaming and distribution platform.

 

By accessing or using our website, streaming services, filmmaker portal, submission system, or any affiliated applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. About WIDU TV

WIDU TV is a hybrid media and streaming platform designed to:

 

  • Distribute independent films, series, animation, documentaries, and specialty content

  • Support global filmmakers and content creators

  • Provide revenue-sharing opportunities

  • Integrate media with WIDU USA’s broader mission of sustainable development and global impact

 

WIDU TV is not a traditional studio or production financier unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to:

 

  • Create an account

  • Submit content

  • Enter into a distribution or service agreement

  • Invest in or transact through the Platform

 

By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

 

WIDU TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Content Submission & Distribution
5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your intellectual property. By submitting content to WIDU TV, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all necessary rights

  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights

  • All music, footage, likenesses, and materials are properly cleared

 

5.2 License Grant

By entering into a distribution agreement with WIDU TV, you grant WIDU TV a non-exclusive or exclusive license (as specified in your individual contract) to:

  • Stream

  • Market

  • Promote

  • Monetize

  • Distribute

your content across digital platforms and territories agreed upon in writing.

 

5.3 Revenue Model (General Framework)

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

  • WIDU TV retains a platform fee from gross revenues.

  • The remaining net revenue is split between WIDU TV and the content owner.

All payment terms, accounting periods, and reporting schedules will be governed by your specific Filmmaker Agreement or Distribution Contract.

WIDU TV does not guarantee minimum revenue unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

6. Platform Service Model

WIDU TV may offer:

 

  • Branded network site builds

  • Monthly platform service packages

  • Marketing services

  • Accounting and reporting services

  • Distribution management

 

Service fees, if applicable, are outlined in individual contracts or service agreements.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

 

  • Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform

  • Engage in fraud, manipulation of view metrics, or payment abuse

  • Misrepresent investment opportunities

 

WIDU TV reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

8. Payments & Transactions

All transactions processed through the Platform are subject to:

 

  • Applicable payment processor terms

  • Applicable tax laws

  • International compliance regulations

 

Filmmakers and users are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes in their jurisdictions.

 

WIDU TV is not responsible for banking delays, currency exchange differences, or third-party processor failures.

9. Investor Disclosures

Any information presented regarding investment opportunities:

 

  • Is for informational purposes only

  • Does not constitute a public securities offering

  • May require accredited investor status

  • Is subject to separate legal documentation

 

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice.

10. Intellectual Property

All WIDU TV branding, logos, trademarks, platform design, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of WIDU USA.

 

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute WIDU TV intellectual property without written permission.

11. Streaming & Availability

WIDU TV does not guarantee:

 

  • Continuous availability

  • Specific device compatibility

  • Uninterrupted streaming

 

Content availability may vary by region and licensing restrictions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

 

  • Suspend or terminate user access

  • Remove content

  • Cancel service agreements (subject to contract terms)

 

Users may terminate accounts at any time, subject to outstanding contractual obligations.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

 

WIDU TV makes no warranties regarding:

 

  • Revenue performance

  • Audience growth

  • Distribution success

  • Platform uptime

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIDU TV disclaims all implied warranties.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIDU TV and WIDU USA shall not be liable for:

 

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or lost business opportunities

  • Unauthorized access or third-party misconduct

 

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to WIDU TV in the preceding twelve (12) months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WIDU TV, WIDU USA, its officers, directors, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from:

 

  • Your content

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Violation of third-party rights

16. Privacy

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use personal information.

17. International Use

WIDU TV operates globally. Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations in their jurisdictions.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:
